Most people spend their lives searching for answers outside themselves, never realising that the body is constantly responding, revealing, and communicating. We search for certainty. In this week's Return to Source stream, we explore the Self-Test Method as a practical way of reconnecting with the body's wisdom and learning how to recognise what life is revealing in the present moment.
