What I actually do for my skin — and almost none of it is topical. These are my opinions, not medical advice. Work with a doctor and find what fits you: → Clean water, to drink and to bathe in. Reverse osmosis or distilled, plus a shower filter. Your skin is in contact with it every single day. → Pay attention to your digestion. Consistent, regular bowel movements track with my skin more reliably than almost anything else I've noticed. It's daily feedback and it's free. → Go easy on high-glycemic foods. Everyone knows sugar in excess isn't doing them favors — almost nobody acts on it. → Get enough protein. Food first, and essential amino acids are the one supplement I trust. → Zinc and selenium, ideally from food — red meat covers both well. Worth knowing if you ever go the supplement route: high-dose zinc over time can interfere with copper absorption, so food sources keep that balanced for you without any thinking. → Enough fiber. Unglamorous and the one I'd put money on before anything else on this list. → Enough potassium, and I use topical magnesium. On the magnesium I'll be straight — absorption through skin is debated and I can't prove the mechanism. I just like how I feel on it. → Protect your sleep. Dark room, no screens late, consistent timing. The least interesting item here and the one I'd defend hardest. Just what works for me. Save this and follow — I go deep on every one. #skincare #skintok #clearskin #guthealth #antiaging
