Social media doesn’t show us much of a range of body types and when they do show us regular non-supermodel bodies, there’s awful comments on it. So here’s a reminder that a midsize body is perfectly normal - and beautiful if you want to look at it that way! But if you’re not there yet, just know don’t have to love it, you can also just be aware it’s a normal body, appreciate what it does for you, and acknowledge that the standards for what a “good” or “hot” adult woman’s body is were set by literal PDFiles. 🙂
