this sound is so incredibly true, being in hospital was like a nightmare. I didn’t know what was happening, things were sprung on me so quickly and I was awake having bolts screwed into my scull with no prior warning. It led me to having panic attacks and so much stress and insomnia. Knowing in a few weeks I’ll be back in there for surgery is terrifying, but these videos of my horses keep me pushing forward to come out the other side of this ❣️
