Most people don’t stall because their program is bad…
You stall because its too complicated →Keeping exercises consistent week to week makes progress measurable. →Sticking to a consistent rep range and RIR standardizes effort. →Prioritizing progressive overload gives you the most insight when adaptation has occured. When fewer variables change, progress becomes obvious and sustainable instead of forced. Simple training creates clarity. Clarity makes consistency easier. And consistency is what compounds over the long term.
Save this if your training feels scattered.
