Walk in and you hit the closets first. His and hers, left and right. Then a third closet built out with cabinetry for everything that does not belong on a hanger. That is storage planned around how people actually live in the room. Past that is the ensuite. Massive walk-in shower. Full bench. Niche set into the wall. Tile running all the way to the end. The tub sits at the window on purpose. Then the main squeeze. The bed. You turn around and you are looking straight at the view. Anybody can pick finishes. Placing the room around the view happens long before framing. That is where the money shows up. #customhomebuilder #generalcontractor #contractorlife
