I’ve worked with a lot of talented people throughout my career. But talent isn’t always what I remember most.
 I remember the people who made collaboration feel easy. The people I trusted. The people who made the people around them better.
 Over time, I’ve realized that how people experience working with you shapes your reputation and can even shape your chances of getting promoted.
 It made me think about what actually makes someone great to work with, and the small behaviors that make people want to work with you again, request you by name, and rave about you when you’re not in the room.
