Health tech, clinical informatics, ect Step 2 — Get one credential. A Google Project Management cert, a Salesforce Health Cloud cert, or any local programs close to you. You do not need a CS degree!! Step 3 — Reframe your resume. Every patient care process you managed, every system you navigated, every team you coordinated, that is project management, operations, and cross-functional collaboration. Rename it girl! Step 4 — Target the right companies. Epic, Oracle Health, CVS Health Tech, Google Health, and Amazon Pharmacy actively recruit people with clinical backgrounds. 🙌🏿Now here’s what some of the money looks like on the other side: Clinical Informatics — $85k to $120k Technical Program Manager — $161k avg, $200k+ You didn’t come this far in one of the hardest careers in the world to stay underpaid😩.
