Biggest mistake I see on resumes is a repeated word. If you read your resume and it says “responsible for” 7 times you need to fix that. Every resume bullet and interview answer is improved when you add stats.   ❌Instead of “Work on a team to provide customer service” add metrics   ✅Do this instead “Work on a small team of 3 to 5 to provide customer service to 100-150 callers per day.”   3️⃣ Do you know the difference between active voice and passive voice?   ❌Instead of “Duties include managing a team”   ✅Say this instead, “Managed a team of 5.”   🎯Pro-tip- Pop your resume into Microsoft Word and check for passive voice.
